1. What image formats can be obtained from Untitled?
Once you have chosen the images you wish to purchase and placed an order we can provide the images as high resolution jpeg or tiff files.
2. What happens if I want to extend the usage of the licensed images?
Extension of usage or further requirements for utilisation of the licensed images should be notified to and negotiated with us.
3. How much do the images cost?
Pricing of the images depends entirely on the usage and reproduction requirements. Call or email with these requirements and we will provide a price breakdown.
4. Do you sell Royalty-Free images?
No, we do not sell Royalty-Free Images.
5. Can we get discounts?
This is dependent on the number of images purchased and the type of usage.
6. Can I download images directly from the web site?
Yes. After registering and logging in you can download images via the Lightbox and Search features.
7. How quickly can you deliver images?
We aim to achieve rapid delivery of images once we have received an appropriately completed purchase order. Images are delivered by e-mail, FTP or on disc. This service is not automated so is operated according to normal (UK) working hours.
8. Can Photographers submit their work to be represented by Untitled?
Yes, please see the Contribute section where you can also download the Submission Guidelines document.
9. Are all your library pictures online?
Essentially yes, low-resolution versions of all the current library images are available via this site. However, as we make regular additions and updates to the library, Untitled is a constantly evolving resource.
